This international commercial aired in Korea, China and Japan. The print campaign ran in all the major Korean fashion magazines as well as billboards and buses in Seoul.

This commercial was so amazing to shoot. Kinka Usher, of Usher Films produced the commercial.

I appear on the game’s box cover, promotional material, voice over and main character in the game’s intro. A special edition DVD for my fans was included for the first run.

I just found this on youtube – someone must have filmed this behind the scenes clip of Reese Miller drifting around us during filming of the video game. It’s crazy how close he got to us. I’m the 1st girl, or last person he drifts around from the way this is filmed.

I am saddened to hear from my mother of Andre Kim’s passing. Andre Kim supported me in my efforts of helping children and raising awareness against prejudice, and injustice to children in Korea. He was known not only for being a top fashion designer, but also for his giving heart. Andre came from humble beginnings and worked hard for everything he achieved in his life. For this, I honor and respect him eternally. He will forever be remembered all over the world, but especially, in Korea, as he has embedded such a place in Korea’s culture.

Andre: Thank you for your talent, kindness and artistic inspiration you brought to so many…all over the world. May you rest in peace.

“Andre Kim (75), one of Korea’s most famous fashion designers and iconic figures, passed away on August 12th at 7PM.

Andre Kim, whose real name is Kim Bong Nam, had been in poor health lately, and was hospitalized late last month for health reasons. He had been receiving treatment in the ICU at the Seoul National University Hospital for colorectral cancer and serious pneumonia before succumbing to his illness.

Kim’s roots in fashion date back to 1962, when he entered the industry in Seoul and held a fashion show in Paris only a few years later. Since then, Kim had held a multitude of fashion shows and served a long list of clients, even designing the official uniforms for Korea for a number of Olympics in the past. With celebrity models including Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, f(x)’s Sulli, SHINee’s Minho, actor Kim Joon and more, Kim was especially known for his elaborate evening and wedding gown collections.”

Debbie’s (from Escante) sister Deb, made me this necklace and sent it to me. How gorgeous is this? I’m such a sucker for unique, handmade, one of a kind pieces. To have something personally made just for you is such a treat. I was so excited when I received this in the mail…I’ve seen some rosary cross necklaces but they don’t even compare. I keep saying Deb needs to start her own jewelry line! She makes all different kinds with peace signs, crosses, mother of pearl and more.

Would you wear one? I’ll kick your butt if you say no..HA!

It’s finally here! I hope you all like the look and feel of my new site. I wanted an eclectic feel of old meets new. I’m obsessed with old hollywood and vintage photographs.
