Eek! Behind on fan mail…
I am VERY behind on fan mail. This is just the recent stuff. Please know that I have not forgotten about any of you and I’m not ignoring you! I will respond to everyone – hopefully by the end of this week. I really appreciate the time you take to send me all the nice letters, photos and gifts. Your support means so much. I also received some heartfelt letters from those serving our country over the last few weeks. I feel so proud and honored that you would take the time to send me a letter. I’m preparing some very special packages for you.

This artwork was done for me by Dale Keys. Keys is a very talented artist and graphic designer. This is Keys third portrait for me and with every portrait he does I say, “this one’s my favorite!” Needless to say, I enjoy and love his work. Thank you Dale for another beautiful portrait. Final Look at the New Posters
Here’s the final images of the new posters I printed. The vertical is a 2011 poster calendar as many of you requested in the poll here. The 8×10 glossy photos are almost ready and will be up in the new store. The calendar and photo book will be out later this year.

The brand new posters are finished & hot off the press!
Don’t they look beautiful?! As usual, I did one vertical and one horizontal. This year I did something different and made one of them a poster calendar – a 2011 poster calendar. That means…you have to hang it up and look at my picture the rest of this year and all of 2011! Haha!!
Can’t wait to show them to you all in person at XDC this Saturday. Ursi = happy.

Merchandise Update & UMFC Meetup
I posted a poll on the site HERE and asked what you’d like to see for new Ursula Mayes 2010 merchandise. You’ve answered, I’ve listened, and responded. Here’s what’s to come:
-2 new posters - 1 vertical, 1 horizontal.
-5-7 limited edition 8×10 photo prints
-Limited edition calendar for 2010/2011 calendar year (I’m only doing a certain run of this and when I’m sold out, not printing anymore). This will be out later this year.
-I’m also working on a photo book for later this year.
I’ll have the posters and the 8×10 photos ready for the XDC/Ursula Mayes Fan Club Meetup at the event.

Los Angeles – Irwindale Speedway: Saturday March 20th, 2010 (11am to 7pm)
Toyota Speedway at Irwindale is a motorsports facility located in Irwindale, California. It features banked, paved 1/2 and 1/3 mile oval tracks. Currently titled as “The House of DRIFT” XDC will run the course with a special surprise! Also featuring the XDC/REMIX Car Show with over 400+ vehicles competing for top honors. All day drifting, car show, stunt bikes, RC drift track, fashion show, model search, entertainment, food, and beverages… this will be the perfect launch venue for XDC!

Las Vegas – Las Vegas Motor Speedway: Saturday May 22nd, 2010 (11am to 7pm)
This will be the first time Drifting will take place on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway road course. Drifting typically done in the lots at this venue, this year… XDC brings you a whole new track option for drifters and road course enthusiasts. An amazing destination city for entertainment, XDC will make this the second round of a six round circuit. Also featuring Timed Lap Battles, XDC Car Show, Model Search, Stage Entertainment, and more!
West Virginia – Summit Point Raceway: Saturday June 19th, 2010 (9am to 9pm)
The first east coast venue stop with rolling hills of green. Summit Point offers a great destination venue with full road course and non-stop motorsports action. This venue will have the additional attraction of the annual HyperFest. XDC Car Show, Drifting, and Track entertainment all day long! Get ready East Coast, here comes the XDC!
New Jersey – Englishtown Raceway: Saturday August 7th, 2010 (11am to 7pm)
The heat gets turned up in the North East… because this venue is infamous for 1/4 racing, car shows, as well as Drifting! XDC takes the stage with the best of the best the east coast has to offer. Englishtown is the proving grounds for veteran drifters and young bloods alike. Full Scale XDC Car Show and all day entertainment to add to Drifting nirvana… XDC gears up all challengers to partake in the action!
Dallas – Texas Motor Speedway: Saturday September 25th, 2010 (11am to 7pm)Texas Motor Speedway is a speedway located in the northernmost portion of the U.S. city of Fort Worth, Texas — the portion located in Denton County, Texas. The track layout is very similar to Atlanta Motor Speedway and Lowe’s Motor Speedway (formerly Charlotte Motor Speedway). The track measures 1.5 miles (2.4 km) around and is banked 24 degrees in the turns, and is of the quad-oval design, where the front straightaway juts outward slightly. The track is owned by Speedway Motorsports, Inc., the same company that owns Atlanta and Lowe’s Motor Speedways, as well as the short-track Bristol Motor Speedway. This will be the first time, Drifting will take place at this prime venue! In Addition, the full scale XDC Car Show will be hosted along side with stage entertainment and model competition.
Phoenix – Firebird Raceway: Saturday October 16th, 2010Firebird International Raceway is a quarter-mile dragstrip and road course in Chandler, Arizona, just outside Phoenix. It opened in 1983 and hosts the NHRA’s Arizona Nationals. It held one IMSA GT race, in 1987. Due to its warm climate, it is a popular winter testing spot for NHRA and IndyCar teams. Drifting will lay claim at this famous venue as an annual hot-spot and finale event! XDC Car Show, Model Search, Stage Entertainment, plus so much more!

Introducing: XDC – Xtreme Drift Circuit 2010!
This is the event you’ll find me at this year! I will be at all XDC events as Official T.V. Host. I will post news as I’m able to release and speak of it. Be ready for some crazy action and exciting news folks.
ABOUT THE XDC
The Xtreme Drift Circuit (XDC) is the first nationwide drifting series and car show festival aimed at catering to drivers on both the professional and amateur (Pro-Am) level of competition, featuring the rising stars of the drifting world. The purpose of XDC is not to be just another drifting series, but rather a feeder platform to guide privateers into the world of sponsorship and national exposure.
The XDC will develop the next crop of world-class drifters on highly acclaimed and accredited tracks and courses. With hundreds of drivers across the country possessing the talent and ambition to compete on a national, regional, or local level, the XDC will provide them with the opportunity to do so.
ABOUT REMIX Award Tour
XDC has added to the experience off the track by introducing the REMIX Car Show Competition. REMIX will feature a wide range of cars, including exotics, modern muscle cars, and high-performance modified vehicles similar to the cars competing in the Xtreme Drift Circuit. Car club corrals for Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Scion, Infiniti, BMW, Mustangs, Genesis, K-Cars and Muscle cars will be featured at each REMIX event. The REMIX Award Tour will be at each stop on the Xtreme Drift Circuit, in addition to the other standalone events across the country. XDC will feature pro drivers such as Forrest Wang, Chelsea DeNofa, Quoc Ly and intermediate drivers such as Aaron Losey, Lance Feliciano, and Marc Manansala just to name a few. Amateur drivers will also be on hand. I will post the full driver list as we get closer to the date.
You didn’t think I forgot about the models did you? Ha! XDC is featuring the top, HOTTEST models in the industry – does Sasha Singleton or Natashi Yi ring a bell?? And countless more – Aspen Lea, Jennifer Faith, Celest Thorson, Angela Guerrero, Nicole Duminie…the list goes on!
